Dr. Deborah Firestone staff at Warren is horrible. I’ve been 10 minutes late for my cat scan appointment. They didn’t take it even though I drove 2 1/2 hour one way to make that appointment. My dad has Alzheimer’s and I had to get him released from Nursing Home and get him there but again there is very rude staff who doesn’t want to even schedule the appointment.
