I called up to make an appointment and the secretary made me feel horrible. I said i need a report for ndis, he said oh cant your doctor do it, several times. Like i was just a big pain for him. What horrible service.
A significant overhaul of the administration of this clinic is required. Reception needs training in sensitivity, and is not suitable for liaising with fragile, unstable, emotional people. Dr Wearne does not treat ADHD and will not accept referrals with this in the letter as I found out on the day of my first appointment, when the receptionist had me in tears saying "we should not have let you make a booking". I do not recommend this practice as the receptionist is prone to lecturing clients and Dr Wearne is too busy to take... read more

Dr Wearne is the most amazing doctor I've ever met. I have received the best treatment from her and can not recommend her enough.
