Best veterinarians office I have ever been to. Dr Massos is kind and intelligent and you can tell she really loves animals. The staff is very friendly and informative. And I was charged thousands less then quoted from other offices . 5 stars to Cross Keys Animal Hospital So glad she was recommended to me. Check it out I know you won't be disappointed.
I went to get medication for 1 of my 2 dogs & you would think it be a friendly, easy,quick experience.. Hardly huge hour & 15 min ordeal!!! Someone wrote his chart wrong & said they had no record of my dog getting it there in Dec but found I did get it there in June. Talked to 3 people before the Office Manager decided to get involved. Well her attitude was enough to almost walk out but my dog is suffering & been saying that to everyone.
