Dr. Koss was wonderful she took over 40 minutes to go through everything. She told me the choices I had and worked though each choice to find the best option. I would recommend 100%.
Great doctor! After years of unresolved problems with other doctors, finally got things taken care of. She is the best. I am a new person.
Terrible experience. This doctor could not resolve thyroid issue (I had to go to primary care doctors for help & they easily resolved issue . ) Wouldn’t see me in person even though I requested to see her instead of nurses and actually had a front desk person leave a vm to tell me to cut my pill in 1/2 and try that.
Terrible experience. I was told by my new doctor that my thyroid was way too low under Marjchel’s care . Marjchel continued to lower over the course of a year plus . Many blood tests . Ignored my request to see her ( rather than a nurse or vm from other staff ) until this resolved. I Could barely get out of bed- depressed . Final straw : front desk person leaving vm “ your thyroid still too high - try breaking your pill in 1/2 a couple of days a week - we will test you AGAIN “ .
