I had a spinal tap scheduled for 8:30 am. Kirby was up late for work—even mentioned she was late for work. How professional! The woman is completely incompetent. She went through 2 lumbar puncture kits without being able to obtain any spinal fluid. I stopped the procedure when Kirby told the nurse to get the third kit. Due to Kirby’s incompetence, my pain level was a 10 on a scale to 10. Four days later and I am still in pain.
