Great Doc, Office IUGH Dr. Bolanowski is wonderful. She has an easy rapport with teens and young kids alike. One complaint about PPA office is the sick/well sides. I understand not wanting to mix actively sick kids with well ones, but there are cases where rechecks for non-communicable illnesses are forced to sit with sick kids. When we asked to sit on the well side we were told NO by the office staff. The doctor listened to our concerns and let us know that we may go to the well side in the future.
Dr. B. is the best My daughter loves Dr. B. so we always request her. She really impressed me when, as a baby, my daughter had frequent visits, and Dr. B. was the ONLY one of the various doctors we saw who actually talked to my baby like she was a real person. (Which of course she is...!)
