No concern for patient comfort. Easily angered when asking for the bare minimum of numbing gel prior to procedure. Procedure room was dirty. Procedure was excruciatingly painful and should have been done under unconscious sedation.

Dr. Hess is very professional, easy to talk to, she took the time to listen to me, allowed for me to ask questions, she gave clear answers and was concerned about my health. She saved my life back in February of this year by listening to my Son Chris about my health failing. She had a urine rest and blood work and the results the next day was sent to my Cardiologist.
