I had a wisdom tooth extraction done with Dr. Armistead who was phenomenal. Prior to administering the injections with the local anesthesia, which typically hurt, he applied a numbing gel and honestly, I didn't even the feel injections which was amazing! Dr. Armistead answered all my questions and was very calm and reassuring. The discharge instructions were thorough and I felt very well taken care of. I’ll put this in context. I have been with Anders Dental for ~4 years and have been pleased with the level of service I’ve received. On August 13th in the evening I received an email letting me know that Anders Dental will no longer accept my insurance effective immediately. I had an appt scheduled for August 18th. No heads up no notice and it left me scrambling as they were going to immediately charge their out of network rates with no wiggle room so I’d be on the hook for quite a lot. Went in for a cleaning. Sasha is amazing! Very thorough and understanding. Dr Anders is professional and knowledgeable.
Over the years they are still so professional, kind, gentle, and not costly! Great people. Only wish is that they took my insurance but even knowing that, it’s worth it.
