The front desk is not prepared to pick up calls from new patients.
The front desk who picks up calls is always not nice! She insisted to have me see the PCP and get the referral first, we need to pay for it! She didn't even know, working in this field, the rule has changed no referral is needed, patient has to tell her!! Very unknowledgeable and for years I'd been seeing this doctor, this lady had not been nice!!
