I am deeply disappointed with the level of care and office operations at this practice. My experience throughout my pregnancy has been plagued by severe communication breakdowns, long wait times, and serious administrative missteps. First, standard visits were consistently delayed by 40 minutes to an hour, leading to rushed appointments, missed routine lab work and my need to leave without being seen by the doctor since I needed to get to work.
