I only have great things to say about Dr. Keegan and the entire staff at IRMS. Throughout the entire draining and emotional process they were responsive, supportive, respectful and reassuring. Someone on staff always responded almost immediately to any question or concern, no matter how small. Dr. Keegan was straightforward in her approach and seems very passionate about what she does. I’ve encountered this doctor twice for my first retrieval and my fourth retrieval when I saw her for my fourth one . I already had a bad feeling. During my first egg retrieval I had six follicles, and she only retrieved 3. When I asked her why she didn’t take all of them “ she said don’t you know you have endometriosis” she has a horrible bedside manner. Dr. Keegan and her staf are absolutely incredible. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor and her staff. They are patient, beyond empathetic and warm. I don't feel like another number in the medical system in their office. Even when speaking about cost for fertility procedures and egg freezing, they are so helpful with suggestions and are there for you every step of the way.
