This is the most unprofessional rudest judgemental argumentative belittling office i have ever encountered and i have been in the medical field for over 35 yrs. They refuse to take care of people with disabilities and are racist. They discharged my son saying he was faking his disabilities and lying and according to their unprofessional biases my son was throwing up red flags. Do NOT recommend. Started seeing Tarrah Davis there last year, who is great. Got sick the beginning of December with the flu and scheduled an appointment. Had to see Dr Daniel because Tarrah had no openings that day. From the second she walked in the room she was arrogant and snotty. Tested positive for type A flu and she excused me from work but would not sign my papers that my employer required. Long story short, I received 3 attendance points and no pay for those days. Her staff is nice n her nurse practitioners are waunderfull I recomend her.. to anyone.
D.O.T. physicals need to be done in timely matter or you risk having your CDl canceled. That said, I scheduled an appointment on July 12th for D.O.T. physical. They call me on the 11th and reschedule me for July 19th. So I have my physical done. All good. Right? Wrong! I submit my Med Certificate to the state and it's rejected a few days later because Dr. Daniels failed to fill Med Certificate out correctly or completely. No big deal I thought. Made an appointment over the phone, after they said a physical would cost $100-$150. Got there and they charged me $250. Will never recommend or be returning.
