Dr. Endy has a "real attitude." I've observed a very dusty waiting room....could have written my name in it! A dirty waiting room can only lead one to assume the exam rooms are also dirty. Lots of pet hair on the waiting room seats. There is zero follow up after tests!!
Horrible office overall. The doctor will swear right at your face. The staff that answer phones have always been rude and unpleasant. Even when you show up to the office for your appointment they will be rude and unpleasant to you. they talk down to you, patronize you. There is cat food all over the floor. And let us not forget their protocol for informing their patients of prescription refills process. you have to call at least two days in advance . I so glad they tell us this (they didnt). Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable. She is sometimes running behind, but when it is your tern she is thorough and you don't feel rushed. Staff goes beyond to be helpful.
Great! My Family and I all go to Dr. Endy and she is the greatest. What I really like is she treats the whole body, mind, and spirit. She is always willing to help in any medial situation.
Dr. Endy is always very accommodating and easy to get an appointment with. She is understanding and doesn't judge you. She is knowledgeable and always explains in a non-condescending way what you condition and treatment are. One of the nurses isn't the best at giving shots, but other than that I've never had bad care there.
