As a patient having a medical issue of PCOS, that struggle with weight, this doctor decided not to renew a pre-auth for my insurance. They classified it as weight loss. Although it is, I have a health condition that they refused to do the work for my insurance. They were rude in telling me that I would have to go somewhere else. Can't believe the laziness of this clinic and run around They gave me. I regret going here.

Office staff is unprofessional, unorganized, and extremely condescending. I’ve heard great things about Dr. Bullaro, but it’s just not worth being talked down to a tossed aside by her office staff.

Great Doctor with a lot of experience and knows how to stand up for her patients in the hospital. Unfortunately, she’s also too opinionated about the number of kids a person should have. I was dropped as a patient by her NP after she humiliated me for being pregnant “again.” The NP was so unprofessional questioning me over an over if it was a mistake or intentional to be pregnant again.
