Excellent surgeon, great care! I trust and value him very much.
I had a procedure performed my Dean Klug back in January to tell l correct a bilateral concha bullosa, a severely left deviated septum and a large right concha bullosa. I received a phone call from Klug from his personal cell on a random Sunday evening explaining how severe (he used the word at least three times) my condition was and how he would highly recommend a procedure to correct all these issues ASAP. A nurse practitioner seen a patient and treated them, but patient could not take the medication that prescribed and when Mom called office back to have it changed the NP refused to changed the antibiotics even though it can cause seizures and this is a seizure patient. This is really unacceptable since they already treated him. Not good office practices for this NP. The Nurse Practitioner has no professional ethics!!!
