A nurse practitioner seen a patient and treated them, but patient could not take the medication that prescribed and when Mom called office back to have it changed the NP refused to changed the antibiotics even though it can cause seizures and this is a seizure patient. This is really unacceptable since they already treated him. Not good office practices for this NP. The Nurse Practitioner has no professional ethics!!! absolutely the best. he's helped me out so much with my sinuses. an everyone else in that office are very nice too. but dr. klug has helped me out sooooo much. thanks for all that you have done for me. :)
Always been nice n concerned about his patients!
My son had his adenoids and tonsils removed by Dr. Klug. While Dr. Klugs bedside manner is kind and caring; the result have been poor. No changes or relief from these surgeries and secondary care has been non existent. Also beware of Methodist surgery center, they will not provide cash price vs insurance cost. They cancelled my son’s tonsil surgery the day of the surgery because I asked what the cash price was and never received an answer.
Dr. Klug did my sinus surgery and was amazing! ALL of the staff was attentive and efficient. Every time, I had a follow up or questions of any kind I was always contacted back in a timely manner. The biller that helped me understand how the billing work, was awesome! She was patient and kind she really knows her stuff. Dr. Klug's nurse is always so sweet and attentive.
