Seemed like they were in a rush to get me out. Did not listen to my concerns. Office smelled musty. Wait time was far more than scheduled appointment time.
Definitely do not go by appointment time but by sign in time. Someone is absolutely double or triple booking. If someone is scheduled at 9am as soon as the doors open there is no reason that this patient does not see the doctor until way after 10AM. In cases that the doctor is running behind patients should be made aware that they will be seen later than scheduled. This is bad office etiquette towards the patient and their time.
