Bedside manner is professional and sincere. I am very happy with the care she gives me. She took very good care of my mother until her death in 2022. She is also is my dad's physician. We are truly grateful for her and her awesome Staff.

Let me clarify that I love Dr. Welchel. It's her office staff that I have a problem with. I went in recently for my birth control shot (very important) and was told I was released as a patient due to a past due balance of $80. Every. Single. Time. I left I asked checkout if I owed anything and they said no. I never even knew I had a balance. I paid it on the spot but was told to be reinstated as a patient I needed to write a letter asking for such. No. This was the office's mistake. I'm done. Whatever you do do not come to this office 😒 if you need a Medical Doctor this is not the place if you want answers don't ask Dr.Dawn or any one on her staff so disappointed sorry that's the way it is there don't waste your time or insurance payment
