She's a caring dentist but the staff lacks when it comes to returning calls. Perhaps they feel I'm too complicated to take on & that's the reason for no call back? It would be better to just tell me then leave me hanging with dental issues. Prior receptionist set me to have an emergency tooth pulled & on the day for it to be pulled, she called and told me Dr. Phillips went on vacation!! That was a horrible situation scrambling to find an oral surgeon to pull my painful tooth. I'm disappointed in this practice.
