Very caring and thoughtful provider. Also, very knowledgeable and relatable. She is very easy to work with and schedule appointments with. She provides “homework”, which is appreciated, because it keeps us accountable for our own wellbeing.
She is the best, I had her for years and she has overtime, made a resolution to all problems that were experienced.
Constantly questioned my identity as a young trans man. She told me that I “wasn’t like her other trans clients” so she thought I simply couldn’t be trans. This, in combination with a lack of support from my family, sent me back into the closet. Suppressing that part of myself sent me into a years long depression that resulted in more than one suicide attempt. If you are LGBT I would not recommend visiting this therapist.
