Everytime we have to go to Ft Wayne to see a specialist this office never gets the information sent to the specialist. We've had to scramble around and get it done as we are headed to Ft Wayne. It shouldn't be this way. She diagnosis every symptom to a cold or acid reflux or something simple,and if she doesn't know it's always go here or go there. My family and I have had a number of issues with this office from the physician mindlessly forgetting to complete an office visit to getting called to receive test results for procedures that we did not undergo. At the time, this office was the only Doctor office accepting new patients in the Marion area, so we were grateful to get initial appointments locally for our wellbeing checkups. We are changing physicians.
