Had my hip replaced by Dr Worsley and his team , it could not of been a better experience for me absolute team of legends
I was fortunate enough to have Dr Worsley as my surgeon for hip replacement surgery. I cannot be more grateful for his amazing skill, personal presence and personality. Almost 5 months on, I am so very happy with the result. Thank you Dr David. Will see you when my other hip goes pear-shaped.
I had a procedure recommended by Dr Worsley that has been extremely traumatic. The gastroc release (cutting the fascia surrounding the calf muscle) I was told would take 3 weeks to heal from but instead it has left me in pain and with a severe limp almost 6 months later despite intensive physio at Sportsmed. I was not told this outcome was even possible! It started with a neuroma on my foot I went to Dr Worsley to have removed but he suggested the gastroc release. Dr David Worsley has given me my life back with his outstanding left anterior hip replacement. Within two weeks of the surgery I can already feel no pain in my left hip and I can feel that in 10-12 weeks I will have full strength and will be able to live life again without the painful "chicken walk" limp. Thank you David, from the bottom of my heart and I look forward to "walking normally" into your consulting room at my 6 week review, and shaking your hand (Covid permitting!)
Outstanding. Dr David Worsley has performed surgery on my foot, and also gave me outstanding advice 4 years ago when I had snapped my achilles (which ultimately didnt require surgery). Clearly an expert in his field, but also an excellent human being!
