I have had one appointment, no surgery with Dr. Van Kooten. All in all, so far, a three and half star rating. The Dr. comes in and shakes hands. The staff is reasonably okay. The appointment lady is hard and would be nice if she were more flexible. Appointments are spaced too far apart. I recommend reading (internet) and being as a informed patient as possible and ask and write answers given. FOR BOTH APPOINTMENTS KEPT ME WAITING AN HOUR PAST APPOINTMENT TIME BEFORE DOCTOR SAW ME. NO APOLOGY BY DOC. STAFF QUITE UNFRIENDLY, ESP PERSON WHO MAKES APPOINTMENTS AND NURSE. AUDIOLOGIST GOOD AND HELPFUL! OVERALL NOT IMPRESSED BY SERVICE AND OUTCOME OF FINDINGS NOT CLEAR OR HELPFUL.
