I had scheduled an appointment with this doctor a year ago. I had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency. Upon trying to schedule another appointment I was denied due to the fact that I had canceled a previous appointment, however I belive it is because of my accent. It is not that bad but the receptionist acted as though I was speaking a foreign language. I should have known the forst time by the rudeness if the staff and I will take my business somewhere else
