Absolutely a great doctor
Doctor David Olson is an excellent surgeon having removed a tumor he was kind and compassionate
As someone who was emotionally abused and gaslighted for decades, I found Dr. Olson’s constant need to put a positive spin on breast cancer and bilateral mastectomy to be offensive and upsetting. Instead of validating my feelings, he seemed to deny the very reality I found myself in: one of pain and nausea, of fear and loss. His attempts to cheer and charm only repelled me, particularly when he grabbed and stroked my hand or shoulder without my consent. For such a well-reputed professional, he should know better.
