I am giving this Doctor's office zero stars. I made an appointment for my daughter which was in college at the time and she missed her appointment because her flight was delayed. I called the same day of the appointment to explain and told them she wouldn't be able to make it. They in return stated she would be charged a fee for not coming to the appointment. If you care about yourself or your loved one do not go to this money hungry doctor! He has all these practices and overwhelms himself and can’t give proper care and guidance to his patients. He told my father to get a EEG, MRI and MRA; and blood work: which he did. Had to go to a special place where this ignorant dr could read the scans. Then for the follow up appointment he didn’t even read the scans, nor know his blood work. The entire reason we came back. One star is being generous. This office is complete chaos with no organization and completely rude. The office staff puts you on hold and then never answered to try and schedule an appointment to have an MRI discussed. When I finally was able to get in touch with with the office staff after calling back to back I made an appointment with Dr.Malka. At my visit Dr.Malka wasn’t around to read us the report of new findings. So please do yourself a favor and get neurology medical help from a different provider.
Dr Malka is an excellent doctor. A wise and compassionate man he saved my life as he truly listened. We need more great men like him in this world. A true brother, awesome staff too. Bless.
I strongly recommend looking at all the reviews of both Dr Malka and his practitioners before seeking care with any of his offices. I’d also recommend asking fellow clinicians and physicians their opinion even if you are referred before moving forward in his care. I found his demeanor extremely arrogant, his office organization well below par and his follow through in patient care negligible. I would never recommend this neurologist.
