I have been seeing Dr. Karp for many years. He is easy to talk to and explains his diagnosis thoroughly. He never seems rushed. Any of the staff that Helped me in any have always been friendly and helpful. I would never consider going to anyone else. The waiting area is very nicely arranged and clean and they a wide range of frames to choose from. This will always be where I go

The single worst visit I've had with a MD. My usual MD left here so this MD was new to me. His condescending manner--telling me I was a "good girl" --shocked me since I am 64 & a retired surgeon myself. After I said "Please do not call me a girl" he perfunctorally finished the exam, dismissing my questions about symptoms saying they were "insignificant" & that "he wasn't concerned". He thought my bifocals were trifocals. I asked to see another MD & was told no other MD there would suit me.

My wife and I love Dr. Karp. He is always friendly, and takes time to explain things. He also won't try to sell you unneeded surgeries and procedures, something that many of the other eye centers push onto people all the time. He is old school, and will tell you like it is.
