For many years, I struggled with BPH while my prostate grew and grew. The urinary urgency was terrible, and I must admit, there were times I couldn't even wait one minute. I used to joke that I've watered so many trees in Houston that I should work for the Parks Administration. I got advice from urologists in Israel and elsewhere that was absurd.
