Not proactive, lots of scheduling “mis-haps”, no communication to patients if they are leaving for a conference, I am currently with no meds til 5 days from now due to not being notifying they were leaving the state… it’s a good small town doc office if you need some general checkups and some small prescriptions. Respectfully, that’s about it.
Front desk staff is unfriendly. My paperwork was never sent out to other facilities when needed...even though I was told it was. Dr. David is only in the office a couple days a week or on vacation. I have a serious medical condition but instead of attempting to help treat me, all he wanted to do was talk.
Awful practice. If you call for appointment due to illness you get the run around that they have to talk to the doctor then will make an appointment when they call you back if they do!! . Most messed up place I've ever dealt with. Hunt for new doctor today
