I went to Bay Dermatology in Spring Hill and had to wait almost 90 minutes. This was apparently unusual according to fellow patients but what stood out was that not one staff member apologized at any time. There were 3 people standing due to lack of chairs in the waiting room and no staff observed this, thought it wasn't right and found more chairs. Then when I saw Dr Dorton he was brusque, arrogant and then finally rude. He obviously resented the fact that I had used alternative treatments and would probably do so again. I... read more
