They are trying to triple charge us (self pay & got price before going) for lab work. Only got it done there because Dr. Carpenter said they have the cheapest. The person drawing the blood said there were places much cheaper. Husband went for a follow-up & the blood work didn't even include TSH levels, the whole reason for going. Dr. Carpenter didn't even notice until the appointment. Paid another $85 & drove an hour for nothing. Never going back.
Horrible. Does not listen to what you tell him. His staff demanded payment in cash. Would not take credit card, check, or my prepaid Health Savings Account. Repeatedly accused me of pill shopping when I told him of the pain I was in. Turned out that I had a broken tendon in my wrist. He could not have cared less.
I like her so much for the time and care she has taken with me over the years that I recommended my wife start with her
Went in for an annual physical hardly looked at me all he did was listen to my heart nothing else has me do blood work but doesn’t include a lipid panel?? (Cholesterol) I don’t get it? Now I have to go back and pay another co-pay

Dr. David Carpenter of Ormond Medical Arts has been our family physician for the past 10 years. He has provided outstanding medical oversight, in a caring manner while maintaining the highest professional standards. During this time frame, our family experienced 5 major surgeries for which Dr. Carpenter gave valuable advice and coordination with various medical practitioners and insurers. We are grateful to have had him as our physician, highly recommend him without reservation.
Dr. Bruce Rankin is an extremely negligent physician as he treated my sister for many years and over prescribed mediations for her over a period of several years. I personally notified him on several occasions to let him know that my sister should not be taking so many medications for fear of damage to her health but he did not stop over prescribing unnecessary medications. He failed to diagnose her liver failure which was a direct result of his prescription negligence which led to her death.
