I had a hemorrhagic stroke that made me lose half of my vision. Dr Burk and the Staff check my eyes every year to see if there's any changes. They're all very kind and helpful to me.
He never connected my complaints prior to surgery and the effects the surgery would have on my eyes I would have never had the surgery done. He is extremely overbooked and doesn't take the time to investigate the patient's complaints nor did he listen to the problems I was having. Some of the staff is extremely rude.
Had surgery for primary cataracts, laser for secondary cataracts, and see yearly for follow up for two retinal detachments: good doctor, explains well, answers all my questions. Clean office, friendly staff.
