We will be avoiding this place in the future. My dependent presented his medical insurance card instead of vision and the office staff were not knowledgeable about insurance and didn't verify coverage prior to treatment when we do have good insurance coverage. If this had been questioned at the beginning, I would have had the opportunity to clarify for my family member and he wouldn't have been given a surprise bill of $240 at the end of the visit when his eyes were dilated. The wait time is horrendous obviously due to scheduling issues. The staff was not friendly or knowledgeable regarding insurance. The wait was over an hour for an eye exam. They clearly have all the time in the world if it’s on their time. The funny thing is they just keep stacking the patience, while people have been waiting for an hour! Do not waste your time. Very unfortunate
