I have been going to Dr. Bang for many years, and would not go anywhere else. I have received the most thorough eye exams, and follow up eye care. The entire staff is very friendly, professional, and accommodating.

I had eye pain over the weekend and so during my lunch break, I stopped on for my scheduled appointment with this office. Everything seemed okay until I handed them my blue cross insurance through my Job which I informed them covered vision. They were very confused and ultimately never submitted anything to my insurance company that day. This office leaves a lot to be desired! Initially they accepted my insurance…after the appointment my insurance was supposably a discount plan, which it is not. I got my Rx and left. I have always purchased my glasses online and had zero issues until now. Went to the office to have an office girl rudely tell me to get single lens instead of progressive. I did that. Its worse. I call today only for her to blame the company i got them from. Seriously? No offer to recheck. Nothing. Zero compassion. Zero customer service skills.... read more
I love Dr.Bang and Dr.Hunt! The excellent staff was also accommodating when choosing glasses and needed measurements. I had many questions about eye health and was given answers to everything.
