Dr. Mungo is always honesty and upfront about your condition/ailment. He explains the problem and options, whether a short term fix or what needs to happen for the long term.
Very thorough and kind when dealing with me and other patients. He made me feel my care was a team effort between us, and he asked my opinions on my care. He also completed paperwork for me to be able to qualify for transportation services with SPARTA Proline.
I could not have had a better experience. His diagnosis, corrective surgery and recommended physical and occupational therapy were right on target. His office staff is wonderful and Dr Mungo is confident and reassuring when explaining the proposed procedures. He made me very comfortable before and after surgery. His bedside manner, humor and professionalism is first class.
