David Toland is Northwest Valley Eye Care. He is the most caring and conscientious Dr. I've ever had. His staff is just as precise and wonderful. I have had to use someone else due to unforeseen family responsibilities. The quality of the other Dr. and staff does not compare to Dr. Toland and the Northwest Valley Eye Care staff.
