Dr. Thurgood failed to seek informed consent for medical treatment for me. He failed to provide adequate pain management and began suturing me up without being numb and did not provide adequate after hours care in an emergency situation. His staff was unprofessional, he attempted to withhold my medical records and failed to take any responsibility for the significant complications I had experienced.
