I had a very disappointing experience with David Teplin. From the beginning, I felt judged and uncomfortable. Rather than creating a supportive environment, I was met with condescending remarks and a lack of empathy. He seemed more focused on convincing me of his perceptions than actually listening or offering guidance. At no point did I feel understood or respected. The sessions seemed very generalized, and while he provided some standard coping strategies, they didn’t seem tailored to ADHD or to my individual needs.
