I had a very disappointing experience with David Teplin. From the beginning, I felt judged and uncomfortable. Rather than creating a supportive environment, I was met with condescending remarks and a lack of empathy. He seemed more focused on convincing me of his perceptions than actually listening or offering guidance. At no point did I feel understood or respected. With Dr. Teplin, I left feeling disappointed. Unfortunately, I felt that he didn’t really understand the unique challenges ADHD can bring to everyday life. The sessions seemed very generalized, and while he provided some standard coping strategies, they didn’t seem tailored to ADHD or to my individual needs.
