Dr. Tang is a warm and caring doctor. I've been seeing him for a number of years now. However, his front desk needs training in how to speak to patients. For the most part, I've had a positive experience, but they have one employee who's telephone skills are poor. If you want to keep your patients, teach your staff to interact on a professional level with your patients. Or if you don't like dealing with people, don't work in a doctor's office.
I've been seeing Dr. Tang for about 3 years now, and my experience with him has been great. He cares for his patients and if you need anything, he is quick to attend to it. His staff is also very professional, and overall good people.
Im new to Dr. Tan. Called the Kimball Ave office on 8/14/19 and the receptionist was rude, offensive, aggressive. So disrespectful I thought to drive to the office. I got too much to lose. Not worth it. After specking with the office manager I knew then Dr. Tan is NOT the Doctor I want. She minimize my complaint. Mind you Im a Black American Woman. Im just saying.
