Dr. Weibel helped me tremendously over the course of maybe 6 months. He is very understanding and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable with him from the beginning. I recommend him very much. His book "Beyond Me: Practices for Expanding Compassion" is also amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.
One of Dr. Weibel’s strengths is his approach of Mindfulness of Thought, and is helping me expand my compassion for others. Effective, understanding, and a good listener. His book “Beyond Me: Practices for Expanding Compassion” is excellent and I recommend it.
Dr. Weibel is very educated in his field, and was extremely understanding and patient. He took the necessary time needed to truly help me better myself, and provided the coping skills I needed that are realistically applicable in my daily life.
