My visit with Dr Hanks was excellent, very knowledgeable he is very calm and made me feel at ease. His office staff really nice
Basically told me to prepare to be disabled. I asked him if he suffered from chronic pain or illness, which he doesn't. Zero credibility.
This place is very unprofessional. After getting an evaluation done the staff was unable to send the information to the doctors. It took 3 hours just to get a hol d of a staff member. She then lied staying she would fax it and never did. Once back on the phone she stated she didn't know how and no one is on the office that could. Hours of service includes fridays!!! You can take my money but no one can access you or paperwork you were hired to provided? Sketchy!!!
Dr Hanks doesn't pre-judge, he is a listener, and has tremendous insight that has proven very valuable to me. I also find him to be trustworthy, which was very important to me in openly discussing things with him. Don't know where I'd be without him.
