I just called the office. Apparently he is not a family doctor. Receptionist was rude and hung up on me. I was assigned this doctor automatically because he is the closest one but she said they dont even see patients? I tried to get answers and ended up with more questions. Really avoid this place
Avoid This Place Dr. Chen is a decent doctor but the bad review comes from interacting with his staff. My eardrum is torn off and it needs surgery, Dr said he put in for a referral to a specialist. That never happened. Called the office they said it might take a day or two, it's been over two weeks and I call them daily still no Referral. Marianna is the absolute rudest and laziest employee anyone could have.
