Dr. David Chang is good. However the office staff is HORRIBLE. My dad had an urgent follow up appointment via telephone. Dr. Chang never joined the call. After calling the office 3 times and asking for when we would get a called back they promised he will follow up by end of day of course he never did. If it’s a life or death situation just go to the ER.

Dr David Chang is an excellent Dr, he has been treating my brother jorge pineda and he did a good job
After waiting an hour to get seen even tho i had an appointment, he doesn’t even bother checking me just says that whatever was my concern there was nothing to worry about, i dont question that but at least give a look since i’m there , he rushed me so bad.
