The office is disorganized. They keep you waiting hours past your scheduled appointment. The receptionist doesn’t bother to let you know so you just wait and wait. The doctor is double booked and spends no more than 10 mins with each patient.
Dr. Chang is excellent! In addition to his vast experience, and beyond impressive education, it is his compassion and understanding that won me over! In other words, he 'listens' and is very kind, which is especially important when treating patients who may be going through challenging treatment, or even simply anxiously waiting for results, as in my recent experience. Again, I can not recommended him enough!!!!!!

Dr Chang is the ultimate professional. He's been my Dr. for many years now. I come from N.Jersey to visit his office because he spends time with you and asks you if you have any questions or concerns you'd like to ask him.He genuinely cares about you and that's why I followed him from N.JerseyHe's my favorite physician.
