I would not recommend this office. I have been trying for 7 weeks to get a prescription. I was told it would be sent the following week and that I would receive a call the following week with an appointment, but neither happened. They are extremely difficult to reach by phone. I have also left a text message and received no response. The communication and follow-up have been very disappointing. Patients shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the office for basic communication and care. I hope the office takes this feedback serio... read more
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Snider's office. I saw Dr. Snider at the beginning of June and was told I would first be contacted to see the anesthesiologist before surgery could be scheduled. Weeks went by, and I never received a single phone call or update. In the meantime, I sought a second opinion from another doctor. She immediately got the process moving and explained that the treatment plan Dr. Snider had suggested was not the right approach for my situation. No patient should be left waiting ... read more
Dr Snider is an exceptional doctor! Thank your lucky stars, if you are fortunate enough to have him. He is a no B.S. type of doctor... and that is exactly the type of doctor I want! I put my trust in him ... he delivered! Right down to the way he spoke to me .. his level of experience, and knowledge shine. Thank you Dr. Snider
10/10 do NOT recommend. on hold for almost an hour for the receptionist to hang up my call. After calling back three more times I simple ask not to be hung up on again and the receptionist starts yelling at me. I politely asked her if I can please book an appointment. she starts to argue with me that theres no available appointments & that I should just go to the hospital instead and hangs up on me.
