Showed up for my booked exam only to find out he is on vacation and my appointment was not in the schedule. Waited 3 months for this appointment. Receptionist also did not acknowledge me until I all but stepped into the window. Would not recommended using this office if you have the choice.

Not a great experience. Receptionist does not communicate. Unprofessional actions. Referred ny Snider to Dr Cole who I was originally supposed to see to begin with but was told she "doesn't do that kind of thing" (as in hysterectomy surgeries, etc. Fine. BUT I would have preferred Dr Cole to get me to the point of needing to speak with the surgeon (Snider). So I was given no choice but to go to Snider after my family Dr specifically referred me to Cole.

I can't believe that this receptionist still have her job! She is rude, unprofessional and dont even want to answer the phone. She put you on hold for HOURS! She dont care about your health or the fact that you have a job and use some times from work to try to reach the OB of my wife! Or when she is answering she is rude and hung up the phone without a care in the world about the situation of the health of the mother nor the child. Seriously she should get retired if she can't do her job like a professional should do it!
