Dr Snider is an exceptional doctor! Thank your lucky stars, if you are fortunate enough to have him. He is a no B.S. type of doctor... and that is exactly the type of doctor I want! I put my trust in him ... he delivered! Right down to the way he spoke to me .. his level of experience, and knowledge shine. Thank you Dr. Snider
10/10 do NOT recommend. on hold for almost an hour for the receptionist to hang up my call. After calling back three more times I simple ask not to be hung up on again and the receptionist starts yelling at me. I politely asked her if I can please book an appointment. she starts to argue with me that theres no available appointments & that I should just go to the hospital instead and hangs up on me. Showed up for my booked exam only to find out he is on vacation and my appointment was not in the schedule. Waited 3 months for this appointment. Receptionist also did not acknowledge me until I all but stepped into the window. Would not recommended using this office if you have the choice.
Not a great experience. Receptionist does not communicate. Unprofessional actions. Referred ny Snider to Dr Cole who I was originally supposed to see to begin with but was told she "doesn't do that kind of thing" (as in hysterectomy surgeries, etc. Fine. BUT I would have preferred Dr Cole to get me to the point of needing to speak with the surgeon (Snider). So I was given no choice but to go to Snider after my family Dr specifically referred me to Cole.
Do not recommend! So rude and unprofessional.
