Que lastima que no puedo poner 0 y tengo que una estrella. En éste lugar puedo incluir al Dr., aunque sea excelente. El personal que lo representa (administrativo/secretarias) no tienen un toque humano y/o empatía. Inventan información en expedientes sobre situaciones que se supone indiquen correctamente en los expedientes médicos , ya que tienen que ver con cirugías delicadas; además, se escudan bajo las faldas del doctor, cuando alteran y cambian información vital en los expedientes, y lo mas triste y frustrante y lamentab... read more
I would love to give 5 stars but the entire process for an appointment is unbearable. Although you are provided a date a specific time is not provided - you must come super early and take a turn (spot). I arrived at 6:20am #5 to arrive and yet at 11:01, I have not seen the actual doctor. The entire get up early and take a number system is so inconsiderate and outdated - keep in mind more than 95% are elderly patients. The doctors (super nice) did not arrive until 9am if that.
