very disappointing experience. Dr. Shottland and his staff are not very friendly with his patients, specially with seniors. His office decided that they no longer accept our insurance and they never bothered communicating that with us. When I call to make the next appointment, they simply answer they no longer accept the insurance but they have no idea when they made their decision and it never occurred to them they need to communicate this with their existing patients.
