Dr Shapiro was my psychologist during a difficult time for me in 2017-2018. I initially signed up for twelve sessions which were paid for by government support but after that period I kept up the consultations for close on a year. My visits were helpful because Dr Shapiro was attentive enough to follow my situation in detail and point out to me the contradictions in my own outlook. In summary, very unprofessional. 1. Dr Shapiro reprimanded me for being too early for my second appointment - he failed to ask why I rang the door bell to his office in the first place, a perfectly normal thing to do, if he had he would have realised the door to his waiting room was locked (which he eventually did ask). 2. Dr Shapiro failed to send me the gap payment after my first appointment - I had to remind him after my second appointment to do it. 3.
