Over a course of a week and a half, 13 phone voicemails were left concerning my mother who had been a patient for over 10 years. No one ever returned the phone call. Even Home Health care and local hospital left messages that went unanswered. I have canceled her next appointment and am moving her care to another doctor who actually gives a damn
Between my sister, my mother, a home health agency and a hospital they left 13 messages for someone to call them back and not a single phone call was returned. It's extremely unprofessional when the providers and staff do not return calls to a home health agency trying to setup service for someone or to a hospital where the patient has been admitted. BEWARE OF THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR. Until he showed up at the hospital I had NEVER. seen him, he had NEVER examined me looked at my medical history even met me but he jumped to conclusions. He misdiagnosed me and I could have died. I was admitted to the hospital and several tests were run on me. The drug test came back NEGATIVE for anything that didn't stop him fron accusing me of a drug over dose and trying to commit suicide. I told him NO that was NOT true. I used to see dr.shultz but back in like 2016 he switched me to one of his nurse practitioners an I haven’t seen him since an he did a lot better job but guess I wasn’t a important patient to have him
He used to care more about his patients and actually try to do alternative means of care such as therapy but now he has been caught by the throat by pharmaceutical reps wanting him to push their new magical pill that he does no research on before prescribing. Sad because I used to love having him as my Dr but when those pharma checks start coming in he only sees dollar signs instead of patient health and well being now days. Cant hardly find a Dr these days like the old Dr David Schultz.
Excellent physician. I have been seeking Dr. Schultz since his residency. He is very thorough, friendly, and does not rush your appointment. I would recommend him highly.
Tries to stick you with nurse practitioner. Unorganized office. Not sure if he checked lab work, since it was not available on two occasions.
Not sure if him or staff but its been two weeks and still have not been able to get medicine authorized for refill. Unacceptable, holiday or not.
