This is far overdue, Dr Schachter was a visiting Dr at Faith Regional in Norfolk Neb.. I was on vacation from California in 2021 and started having extreme heart condition. I was sent to ER and needed emergency pacemaker implanted. Dr.Schacter was present and did the surgery. After my return trip to CA.
