Excellent service. Explains everything and fast
It is very unfortunate that in 2021, I lost 2 of my teeth due to negligence of Dr. Santana. I went for a simple procedure of crowns and it went terribly wrong. Suffered so much pain afrer the anesthesia wear off. I went to see him about it because the provisional crown fell off and he prescribed pain medication. There was one occasion that nobody could see me because he was traveling. Had no backup in case of emergency,that was not good all. He even referred me to an endodontist to get my problem fixed. SAVED MY TOOTH! Dr Santana at Optimum Dentistry did an amazing job on my broken tooth. Got me in right away and checked me out. This tooth by most standards should have been extracted ( yikes cost, work) but he opted to have it checked 1st as to extent and was able to save the tooth. Got my crown on and its good as new. Dr Santana is a very caring dentist. He takes time to explain why he is suggesting a procedure. Also, he is very gentle,while doing work on your mouth. The office staff is also very warm and friendly. If you need to come back, they will fit you in for an adjustment. I find it so refreshing to have an office who really cares about the comfort of their patients
Excellent practice, I went with an emergency and they gave me the solution right away, additionally I felt like home.
