Dr. Ross is truly a rare find. This happened last year, but my daughter had very bad care in a neighboring state when she had a wisdom tooth extracted. Her oral surgeon provided no relief for the on going pain. We came to Dr. Ross for a second opinion who diagnosed an infection and treated her properly, cleaned up the infected tissue, and provided proper post operative care. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ross! I went to his office to get two teeth extracted; one of which was shattered by an ill-experienced dentist. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about getting my teeth extracted because I had such a poor and painful experience with that previous dentist. It literally took Dr. Ross five minutes to extract the problem tooth and seconds to extract the other. Dr. Ross was amazing! My son needed to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and two of the teeth were impacted. The procedure was done quickly and without any pain. The recovery was minimal with a little swelling and very little pain after taking the recommended pain medication. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross and would go back to him if needed.
I had orthognathic (jaw) surgery with Dr. Ross involving 7 hours of surgery and a month of recovery. Now, I'm going back to get some of my screws and plates taken out and I couldn't feel more comfortable. He comes in on weekends to do follow-ups and is always available by phone. His staff are all supportive and knowledgeable, and I couldn't recommend them more.
