As an office: they cashed me when a some appointment was available, they made sure to remind me of the appointment, were running on time for appointments the day of, and were very friendly and helpful. As for the doctor: he listened to me, shared interesting facts about lungs I didn't know, ordered testing, and actually listened to my lungs! (Which might sound like all doctor's should examine you but it's not always the case)
!!!BEWARE!!! Asked to leave a message for the Dr to call me back& the office assistant will NOT do it. What good is that? Terrible customer service. Dr is great. Office is terrible. What a shame! My experience- 'your records are in the portal'. The portal-'No records to display'. Called. 'We're having I.T issues& we don't know when it'll be resolved'.. office wants $1 per page to print to give me MY RECORDS that they can't provide otherwise. Keeps telling me that I'm 'in network', but BCBS disagrees.. sorriness!!!!
